Q1: What is your MOQ?
A1: Any quantity welcome, exact ones based on the order status
Q2: What is your quarantee life for the battery?
A2: 1 year after production date,1000 times cycle life
Q3: What percent of capacity battery charged when shipment?
A3: Normally 50% or so, because it will be safe when shipping
Q4: How long can I store the battery?
A4: We suggest to discharge & recharge the battery every 3 months, it can keep battery fullcapacity & good function.
Q5: What certificates do u have?
A5: We have CESGS(RoHs )and so on.
Q6: Can u ship the battery product to our country?
A6: Yes, for air &sea shipment, we have MSDS doc to show Airline company & Ocean companywhen shipment.
Q7: what is your Shipping way?
A7: We suggest sample & small order to be shipped to destination through our shipper partnerwho has excellent UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT service. Big order to be shipped by sea.
