ZKJ POWER Case | Smart energy storage helps rubber and plastics factories transition to green operations
Case Introduction
Recently, ZKJ POWER's 400kW/800kWh air-cooled energy storage project was delivered to a rubber and plastics factory in Zibo, Shandong Province, injecting powerful momentum into the factory's sustainable development. The project realizes photovoltaic + energy storage backup power, efficiently utilizes green energy, and reduces production costs.
The factory where this service was provided is located in the picturesque city of Zibo. It is a manufacturer of rubber and plastic insulation materials that integrates scientific research, design, and production.
Several years ago, the factory installed a 5MW photovoltaic power generation system to provide clean energy for its production operations. However, as the factory's energy demand has continued to increase, the existing photovoltaic power generation system has experienced insufficient power supply or excessive waste when faced with load fluctuations and peak electricity consumption.
